A prospective tenant’s income must be 3x or more of their rent, and they must have a good credit standing with no judgment/criminal record. Previous owner references are also required. Ermani Property handles maintenance issues via email, phone or our Tenant Portal and aims to resolve issues as quickly as possible, usually the same day.
Ermani Property does not allow pets in the majority of its properties. However, please contact us directly via email or phone so we can verify the property is a perfect home for you and your four-legged baby!

24 to 72 hours for review after receiving all required documents. Applicants will receive an email notification once their rental application is approved.
We strongly recommend that you get renters insurance, but it is not required. This is the best way to ensure your personal belongings are protected.
The keys to the property will be provided to you the night before your move-in date or on the day of your move-in.
